Organization

Goblin Consulting Group is an independent advisory and solutions firm specializing in complex problem resolution. We work with clients across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to assess situations, identify leverage points, and implement effective courses of action. Our engagements are defined by the problem, not by a predetermined service offering.

GCG is privately held and operationally autonomous. We maintain no affiliations with external institutions that would compromise the independence of our judgment or the confidentiality of our client relationships.

Approach

We do not apply standardized frameworks to non-standard problems. Each engagement is assessed on its own terms. Our consultants bring direct experience across a range of disciplines — technical, analytical, logistical, and interpersonal — and are selected for each project based on fit, not availability.

Discretion is not a feature we offer. It is a condition of how we operate.

History

GCG was founded to address a category of problem that existing firms were either unwilling or unequipped to handle. The organization grew incrementally, by referral, and has remained selective in the engagements it accepts. We have never solicited clients through advertising, and we do not intend to begin.

Our track record is known to those who need to know it.

What services does GCG provide?
Advisory, analysis, and implementation support across a range of problem types. The specifics of any engagement are defined during intake and governed by a confidentiality agreement.
What industries do you work in?
We do not organize our work by industry. We organize it by problem type. If the problem is within our competency, the industry is generally not a limiting factor.
How do I know if GCG can help with my situation?
Send a brief description to our inquiry address. We will respond if the engagement is something we are positioned to take on. We will not respond with a sales pitch regardless of outcome.
Where is GCG located?
We operate where the work requires. We do not maintain a public-facing office.
Can you provide references or case studies?
We do not publish case studies. References are provided at our discretion following an initial consultation.
What are your fees?
Fees are determined on a per-engagement basis following assessment. We do not maintain published rate structures.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We review all inquiries. Response time depends on volume and the nature of the request. If you have not received a response within two weeks, you are welcome to follow up once.
Are you currently accepting new clients?
Selectively.
I'm an employee. How do I access internal systems?
Staff access the internal portal directly. If you have been issued credentials and cannot recall the portal address, note that we run a standard content platform; the login lives where it always does on such platforms. Contact operations if your staging credentials have not yet been rotated.
